Answers to your FAQs:

Will I be able to have an ATM card if I only have a savings account at FEFCU? You must have a checking account to receive an ATM card. However, once you have your new ATM card, you will be able to access both your savings and checking accounts.

	If I only have a savings account, how can I open a checking account and order an ATM card? It's simple. Call or e-mail us to request the necessary forms to open your checking account and order your ATM card.
	How can I get an ATM card? If you already have an FEFCU checking account, just Call or e-mail us for an ATM application.
	Will there be a charge to order my new ATM card? A $5 application fee will be deducted automatically from your checking account when we order your card.
	Can I use my card at any ATM machine? Our members will be able to access their FEFCU accounts through Credit Union 24, The Exchange, Member Access and American Express networks.

	Will I be able to choose my own PIN number? Yes, you may choose you own PIN. We will provide you with a toll-free number to call in order to set up your PIN. The automated system will prompt you through the process. If you do not call, you will receive a system-generated PIN.
	Will there be a fee for using my ATM card? No fees will be charged by your Episcopal Credit Union when you use an ATM terminal bearing the Credit Union 24 logo or the CU HERE logo. However, we will charge a fee of $1.25 when you use any other machine. Surcharges (which differ from fees) are charged by the owner of the ATM machine and not by FEFCU. Generally, the amount of the surcharge will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
	Will I be able to pay for purchases with my ATM card? Absolutely. Use your card for purchases and cash back at many retailers such as Publix, Winn Dixie, and Wal-Mart, free of charge!

	Can I make deposits with my ATM card? Many Credit Union 24 locations accept FEFCU deposits. To be sure, check the CU24 locator service.
